Dr Robert Dyas
Robert Dyas qualified in 1986 from Sheffield University. He is a Specialist in Oral Surgery who started his specialist training at Pinderfields Hospital, moving London and Sheffield where he was awarded a Wellcome Trust Training Fellowship, and FDS. He worked at the University of Manchester as a Lecturer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, organised and taught on the undergraduate / postgraduate courses in surgery, implantology and sedation. He gained his MMedSci in Psychology, winning a Medal from the RSM. Has published several articles and given talks worldwide. He provides courses in Surgery, Implantology, Grafting and Behavioural Management - well over 600 people have attended the courses.
He has a private practice limited to Oral Surgery and Implantology placing in excess of 500 implants per year, and has done well over 1000 sinus grafts and block grafts. He is Senior Lecturer on the Salford University Implant Course, elected ADI Committee member, ADI Mentor, Astra coach and SAAD sedation Mentor.
